- Apply For Permanent Residence as a EEA National or a Family Member
- As a EEA National once you complete your continues period of 5 years in the UK you are eligible to apply for permanent residence status provided you have been living in the United Kingdom and in employment, self-employment, studying or self-sufficient throughout the five-year period.
- If you are Non EEA family member who has obtained residence card (EEA family permit) once you complete your 5 years period you are eligible to apply for Permanent Residency in the UK however you must be able to prove that your EEA family member is still exercising his or her treaty rights in the UK and your relationship is still subsisting.
