- This visa category if for Parents, grandparents and other dependent relatives of persons present and settled in the United Kingdom.
- This visa category gives you the provision to join your family members who has been financially and emotionally supporting you as you do not have any other close relatives to look after you at your country of residency.
- Eligibility Criteria
- 1. You must be a close relative of the person who is present and settled in the UK who is willing to sponsor you.
  2. If you are a parent or a grand parent you must be age over 65 however you could still make an application under the compassionate ground if you are under the age of 65.
  3. If you are a child, sister, brother, uncle or aunt over the age of 18; you could still make an application in the most exceptional compassionate circumstances and mainly dependent financially on relatives settled in the United Kingdom.
  4. Your sponsor is a present and a settled person in the UK or who is on the same occasion being admitted for settlement.
  5. You are wholly or mainly depending on your UK relative for all your financial requirements.
  6. You do not have any other relatives in your country of residence whom you could relay upon on the financial support.
  7. Can be accommodate adequately together with your dependents with out having access to UK public funds.
  8. Can be maintained adequately together with your dependents with our having access to UK public funds.
